Questions installers ask
- Can one client see another client's content?
- No. Each client's media, folders, playlists, layouts and groups stay in their own workspace. The only things shared are the built-in screen layouts and any layout you deliberately leave unassigned.
- Do my clients need their own CastWize account?
- No. You run everything for them from your account; they just see the result on their screens.
- How does billing work?
- One bill to you: $5 per screen per month, across all your clients, with every feature included. What you charge your clients is up to you.
- I already have screens in CastWize. Can I sort them into clients?
- Yes. Create your clients, then move each screen, media file, playlist, layout and group into the client it belongs to.
