1. Acceptance of terms

CastWize (castwize.tv) is operated by BGAN Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, connecting a display device, or using CastWize, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

CastWize provides a SaaS digital signage platform for creating, scheduling, and remotely managing media content on connected screens. We reserve the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend aspects of the service to perform maintenance or release new features.

3. Accounts & security

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration details and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Billing, pricing & merchant of record

CastWize is billed on a subscription basis at $5 per active screen per month. Your first screen includes a free trial for the first 30 days after it's claimed, with no payment method required to start it. A valid payment method must be added before the trial ends to keep that screen active, and is required immediately to claim any additional screen. Each additional screen you add increases your recurring monthly charge by the per-screen rate; the app shows the added amount and asks you to confirm before the screen is added. Charges for adding or removing screens during a billing cycle are prorated accordingly.

Our order process and payment processing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (see Paddle's Buyer Terms). Paddle handles customer service inquiries related to billing and processes returns; we never store your full payment card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CastWize to broadcast unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, interfere with, or compromise the stability or security of the platform or connected player hardware.

6. Intellectual property & your content

You retain full ownership of all text, images, videos, and media you upload to CastWize. By uploading content, you warrant that you hold all necessary copyrights, rights, and licenses to display it.

You grant CastWize a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, reproduce, and transmit your content strictly for the purpose of operating, delivering, and rendering the service to your designated screens.

7. Termination & cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any billing charge by contacting support at [email protected]. Because payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

CastWize is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, as playback depends on third-party hardware, local display devices, and active internet connectivity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CastWize and BGAN Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of business, revenue, or display downtime) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CastWize after a change means you accept the updated terms.
