Digital signage for hotels and hospitality.
Welcome screens, event boards and amenity hours that follow the day and the guest list.
What digital signage does for hotels
A welcome screen that changes with the guest list
Greet an arriving conference group or wedding party by name in the lobby, and swap it out when they check out.
Hours and offers by time of day
Show breakfast service in the morning, the bar in the evening, and the spa or pool hours all day: scheduled once, no manual switching.
Wayfinding to events and amenities
Point guests to the right ballroom, meeting room, or restaurant, and update it the moment an event moves.
Consistent across every property
Group screens by property and push brand-wide messaging to all of them, or target one hotel specifically.
Built for hotels of every kind
One screen or fifty, one site or many. The same account, layouts and schedules work for:
- Boutique hotels
- Business and conference hotels
- Resorts
- Hostels
- Serviced apartments
- Bed and breakfasts
- Event venues
- Hotel groups with several properties
What hotels actually put on screen
- Lobby welcome and announcements
- Today's events, a welcome for the group checking in, and the weather, on the screen behind reception.
- Event and meeting-room boards
- A screen outside each room with what's on now and next. Move an event, and the board updates itself.
- Restaurant, bar and spa hours
- Breakfast times, happy hour, the pool schedule, in a zone that switches with the time of day.
- Digital menu boards
- The breakfast buffet, the bar list and the room-service specials, with prices you can change in a minute.
- Local area and transport
- Things to do nearby, the airport shuttle times and a live webpage for departures, in the lobby and by the lifts.
- Promotions and upsells
- Late checkout, the spa package, tonight's dinner deal: shown in the lift lobby and the bar, not left on a flyer.
A typical day, scheduled once
Schedule rules run by day of week and time of day. Set them once and the screens switch on their own; nobody touches a remote.
- 06:00 – 11:00
Breakfast hours and menu in the lobby and lift lobbies; today's events board by reception.
- 11:00 – 18:00
Pool, spa and local-area information; meeting-room boards follow the day's bookings.
- 18:00 – late
Bar and dinner specials, happy hour, and tomorrow's checkout and breakfast times.
How it works
Pair the TV
Install the free CastWize player on an Android TV, a Windows, Mac or Linux computer, or a Raspberry Pi connected to the TV. It shows a pairing code; enter it in Studio and the screen is online.
Build the content
Upload images and video, or build a slide on the canvas with text, webpages, live streams and widgets. Multi-zone layouts put a menu, a promo and a ticker on one screen.
Schedule and forget
Add slides to playlists, set day and time rules, group screens by location. Preview, publish, and every screen on that playlist updates within seconds.
Runs on the TVs you already have
There is no CastWize box to buy. Any TV with an HDMI input works, driven by a player you probably already own:
- Android TV or an Android box: the cheapest route for a wall-mounted TV; plugs into HDMI.
- Raspberry Pi 4 or 5: small, silent, low power, fine for a menu board that runs all day.
- Windows, macOS or Linux: an old laptop or mini PC behind the TV becomes a player.
- Keeps playing offline: the player caches its content, so a Wi-Fi blip doesn't blank the screen.

Pricing for hotels
One flat plan: $5 per screen per month, every feature included, no tiers and no contract. Your first screen is free for 30 days with no credit card, which is enough time to build the real layout and let it run.
