Digital signage for gyms and fitness studios.
Class schedules, promotions and floor content that change by day and time without anyone swapping a poster.
What digital signage does for gyms
Class schedules that update automatically
A different schedule shows on weekdays vs. weekends, or by time of day. Set the conditions once and stop manually swapping the board.
Push a promotion to every location at once
New membership deal, a merch drop, a challenge sign-up: update it from your phone and it's live at the front desk and on the floor within seconds.
Split the screen between schedule and content
Class times on one side, motivational content or a social feed on the other: a multi-zone layout on a single screen.
Manage every location from one dashboard
Group screens by location and push content to a specific gym or all of them at once, with remote reboot if a screen ever gets stuck.
Built for gyms of every kind
One screen or fifty, one site or many. The same account, layouts and schedules work for:
- 24-hour gyms
- CrossFit boxes
- Yoga and Pilates studios
- Boxing and martial arts
- Spin and HIIT studios
- Swimming pools and leisure centres
- Personal-training studios
- Gym chains and franchises
What gyms actually put on screen
- Class schedule boards
- Today's classes, the room and the coach, with a weekday and a weekend version that switch on their own.
- Membership promotions
- The joining offer, the referral deal, the summer pass: on the front-desk screen for everyone who walks in.
- Workout of the day
- The WOD or circuit on the floor screen, changed from the coach's phone before the first class.
- Challenge leaderboards
- A webpage or a sheet with this month's standings shown in a zone, updated as often as you update the sheet.
- Floor content
- A motivational video loop, your Instagram feed, or music videos in the cardio area, next to the schedule.
- Rules and hygiene reminders
- Wipe-down reminders, towel policy, closing times: the messages staff repeat all day, on screen instead.
A typical day, scheduled once
Schedule rules run by day of week and time of day. Set them once and the screens switch on their own; nobody touches a remote.
- 05:30 – 10:00
Morning class schedule and the workout of the day; a "bring a friend" promo at the desk.
- 10:00 – 16:00
Off-peak offers and personal-training promotions; the motivational loop on the floor.
- 16:00 – 22:00
Evening classes and the leaderboard; closing-time reminders for the last hour.
How it works
Pair the TV
Install the free CastWize player on an Android TV, a Windows, Mac or Linux computer, or a Raspberry Pi connected to the TV. It shows a pairing code; enter it in Studio and the screen is online.
Build the content
Upload images and video, or build a slide on the canvas with text, webpages, live streams and widgets. Multi-zone layouts put a menu, a promo and a ticker on one screen.
Schedule and forget
Add slides to playlists, set day and time rules, group screens by location. Preview, publish, and every screen on that playlist updates within seconds.
Runs on the TVs you already have
There is no CastWize box to buy. Any TV with an HDMI input works, driven by a player you probably already own:
- Android TV or an Android box: the cheapest route for a wall-mounted TV; plugs into HDMI.
- Raspberry Pi 4 or 5: small, silent, low power, fine for a menu board that runs all day.
- Windows, macOS or Linux: an old laptop or mini PC behind the TV becomes a player.
- Keeps playing offline: the player caches its content, so a Wi-Fi blip doesn't blank the screen.
