Digital signage for car dealerships.
Inventory, offers and service-lounge information on the showroom floor, changed the moment a car sells or a rate moves.
What digital signage does for car dealerships
Showcase inventory without reprinting anything
Feature this week's arrivals or a specific model on the showroom screens, and swap it out the moment the car sells.
Financing and promotion updates in seconds
A new rate, a manufacturer incentive, an end-of-month push: update it once and it's live across every screen on the lot and in the showroom.
Different content for sales and service
Schedule the showroom for promotions during sales hours and the service lounge for wait-time information. Each screen group runs its own content.
Multiple locations, one dashboard
Group screens by dealership or department, push a brand-wide message to all of them, or target a single location.
Built for car dealerships of every kind
One screen or fifty, one site or many. The same account, layouts and schedules work for:
- Franchised new-car dealers
- Used-car lots
- Motorcycle dealers
- Truck and van dealers
- Service centres and tyre shops
- Car rental branches
- Dealer groups with several sites
What car dealerships actually put on screen
- Featured inventory
- New arrivals, the model of the month and the certified pre-owned picks, with the price you can change before the ink dries.
- Financing and manufacturer offers
- This month's rate, the lease special and the trade-in bonus, with start and end dates so expired offers never stay up.
- Service-lounge wait board
- A "now serving" queue number and estimated wait, plus coffee-is-free-while-you-wait and the shuttle times.
- Service specials
- Tyre season, winter check, oil-change bundle: scheduled to the weeks you run them.
- Brand video loop
- The manufacturer's campaign video on the big screen in the delivery area, next to the handover schedule.
- Reviews and awards
- Customer reviews, the dealer-of-the-year plaque and staff introductions, in the lounge where people have time to read.
A typical day, scheduled once
Schedule rules run by day of week and time of day. Set them once and the screens switch on their own; nobody touches a remote.
- 08:00 – 12:00
Service lounge: queue numbers, wait times and service specials; showroom: new arrivals.
- 12:00 – 17:00
Showroom: financing offers and the model of the month; delivery area: brand video loop.
- 17:00 – close
End-of-month push on every showroom screen; service lounge switches to tomorrow's hours.
How it works
Pair the TV
Install the free CastWize player on an Android TV, a Windows, Mac or Linux computer, or a Raspberry Pi connected to the TV. It shows a pairing code; enter it in Studio and the screen is online.
Build the content
Upload images and video, or build a slide on the canvas with text, webpages, live streams and widgets. Multi-zone layouts put a menu, a promo and a ticker on one screen.
Schedule and forget
Add slides to playlists, set day and time rules, group screens by location. Preview, publish, and every screen on that playlist updates within seconds.
Runs on the TVs you already have
There is no CastWize box to buy. Any TV with an HDMI input works, driven by a player you probably already own:
- Android TV or an Android box: the cheapest route for a wall-mounted TV; plugs into HDMI.
- Raspberry Pi 4 or 5: small, silent, low power, fine for a menu board that runs all day.
- Windows, macOS or Linux: an old laptop or mini PC behind the TV becomes a player.
- Keeps playing offline: the player caches its content, so a Wi-Fi blip doesn't blank the screen.
