Digital signage for corporate offices.
Announcements that get seen, meeting-room boards that stay right, and dashboards without a laptop taped to the wall.
What digital signage does for offices
Internal announcements that actually get seen
A new policy, a team win, an event reminder: post it once and it's live in the lobby and every break room at once.
Meeting-room schedules outside each door
Show a room's current booking and what's next, updated automatically as calendars change.
Live dashboards without a laptop plugged in
Pull a webpage or embed a live dashboard as one zone of a layout: sales numbers, support queue, whatever your team already tracks.
One dashboard for every floor or office
Group screens by floor or location and manage all of them, or target one specifically, from a single place.
Built for offices of every kind
One screen or fifty, one site or many. The same account, layouts and schedules work for:
- Head offices
- Co-working spaces
- Software and tech teams
- Call centres
- Law and accounting firms
- Warehouses and logistics offices
- Government and public offices
- Companies with several sites
What offices actually put on screen
- Lobby welcome and visitor screens
- Today's visitors by company, the Wi-Fi details, and the house rules, on the screen the receptionist sees from the desk.
- Internal news and recognition
- New joiners, team wins, the next all-hands: the newsletter nobody opens, on the break-room screen everybody passes.
- Meeting-room boards
- A screen by each door with the current booking and the next one, from a published calendar page shown in a zone.
- KPI and sales dashboards
- A live webpage from your BI tool or a shared sheet, full screen or next to announcements.
- Health, safety and compliance
- Fire assembly points, first-aiders, the policy of the month: the notices that must be visible and current.
- Canteen menu and events
- This week's menu, the Friday social and the holiday calendar, scheduled to the days they apply.
A typical day, scheduled once
Schedule rules run by day of week and time of day. Set them once and the screens switch on their own; nobody touches a remote.
- 08:00 – 10:00
Morning announcements and today's visitors in the lobby; room boards show the first bookings.
- 10:00 – 16:00
Live dashboards on the floor, the canteen menu at midday, room boards follow the calendar.
- 16:00 – 19:00
Tomorrow's events and a "last one out" checklist; screens can switch off overnight on a schedule.
How it works
Pair the TV
Install the free CastWize player on an Android TV, a Windows, Mac or Linux computer, or a Raspberry Pi connected to the TV. It shows a pairing code; enter it in Studio and the screen is online.
Build the content
Upload images and video, or build a slide on the canvas with text, webpages, live streams and widgets. Multi-zone layouts put a menu, a promo and a ticker on one screen.
Schedule and forget
Add slides to playlists, set day and time rules, group screens by floor. Preview, publish, and every screen on that playlist updates within seconds.
Runs on the TVs you already have
There is no CastWize box to buy. Any TV with an HDMI input works, driven by a player you probably already own:
- Android TV or an Android box: the cheapest route for a wall-mounted TV; plugs into HDMI.
- Raspberry Pi 4 or 5: small, silent, low power, fine for a menu board that runs all day.
- Windows, macOS or Linux: an old laptop or mini PC behind the TV becomes a player.
- Keeps playing offline: the player caches its content, so a Wi-Fi blip doesn't blank the screen.
