Digital signage for dental and medical offices.
Waiting-room screens, wayfinding and patient information that stay current without anyone reprinting a sign.
What digital signage does for clinics
Different content by time of day
Morning intake instructions, a different message during a specific clinic's hours, closing-time reminders: scheduled once, not manually swapped.
Health & safety messaging that's actually current
Update guidance, insurance changes, or office policy from your phone. No reprinting a sign every time something changes.
Wayfinding across multiple rooms or floors
Point patients to the right waiting area or exam room with a layout you can update the moment a room assignment changes.
Know if a screen goes dark
Get an alert by email, Slack, or webhook if a waiting-room screen loses connection, instead of finding out from a patient.
Built for clinics of every kind
One screen or fifty, one site or many. The same account, layouts and schedules work for:
- Dental practices
- Family doctors and GP clinics
- Orthodontists
- Physiotherapy and chiropractic
- Veterinary clinics
- Optometrists
- Dermatology and aesthetic clinics
- Multi-site medical groups
What clinics actually put on screen
- Waiting-room information
- What to have ready, how long the wait is, what to do if you feel worse. The messages patients would otherwise ask the front desk.
- Now-serving queue numbers
- A take-a-number kiosk at reception and the live number on the waiting-room screen, with a call-next link for each room.
- Services and treatments
- Whitening, implants, check-up packages, vaccinations: the services patients don't know you offer, explained while they wait.
- Health education
- Short, calm slides on prevention and aftercare, rotated with a slow video loop so the room doesn't feel like a billboard.
- Insurance and policy updates
- Accepted insurers, cancellation policy, new opening hours. Edit once, and every waiting room shows the same text.
- Wayfinding
- Floor, wing and room directions at the entrance, updated when rooms change rather than when someone finds time to print.
A typical day, scheduled once
Schedule rules run by day of week and time of day. Set them once and the screens switch on their own; nobody touches a remote.
- Opening – 10:00
Intake reminders and a "please check in at the desk" slide, with the morning queue number.
- 10:00 – 16:00
Services and health-education loop, the queue number, and the day's insurance notes.
- 16:00 – close
Aftercare and booking reminders, then tomorrow's opening hours after the last patient.
How it works
Pair the TV
Install the free CastWize player on an Android TV, a Windows, Mac or Linux computer, or a Raspberry Pi connected to the TV. It shows a pairing code; enter it in Studio and the screen is online.
Build the content
Upload images and video, or build a slide on the canvas with text, webpages, live streams and widgets. Multi-zone layouts put a menu, a promo and a ticker on one screen.
Schedule and forget
Add slides to playlists, set day and time rules, group screens by location. Preview, publish, and every screen on that playlist updates within seconds.
Runs on the TVs you already have
There is no CastWize box to buy. Any TV with an HDMI input works, driven by a player you probably already own:
- Android TV or an Android box: the cheapest route for a wall-mounted TV; plugs into HDMI.
- Raspberry Pi 4 or 5: small, silent, low power, fine for a menu board that runs all day.
- Windows, macOS or Linux: an old laptop or mini PC behind the TV becomes a player.
- Keeps playing offline: the player caches its content, so a Wi-Fi blip doesn't blank the screen.

Pricing for clinics
One flat plan: $5 per screen per month, every feature included, no tiers and no contract.
